Italian Dytech starts construction of lubricant factory in Nis in September

Italian company Dytech Dynamic Fluid Technologies will start construction of a factory in Nis in September – Milos Simonovic, the Mayor of Nis, announced.

Dytech, a partner of Italian Fiat, produces special oils and lubricants and exports the entire production.

The City Council of Nis adopted the justification study today (July 1, 2010) on rental of building land for free.

In that way, Nis has become the first city to rent a land under the new Law on Planning and Construction and in accordance with the Government’s Regulation that stipulates free-of-charge land lease.

– The plan is that construction of Dytech’s factory starts in September, while the production in that factory should start next September – said Simonović.

He specified that Dytech had got 2.5 ha of land in work zone Donje Medjurovo, as well as that that company planned to hire 400 people.

The study adopted by the City Council also concerns the land intended for construction of a factory of South Korean Yura.
