Mining turnover is increasing, manufacturing industry is decreasing

The total turnover of the industry in June was lower by 2.4 percent than in the same month of 2022. Compared to the average of last year, industrial turnover in June was higher by 2.6 percent.

Interannually, mining recorded a turnover growth of 2.8 percent, while the processing industry recorded a 2.7 percent decline.

While in the country, the turnover of industry in June fell by 11.2 percent compared to last June, the foreign market recorded a growth of 8.9 percent.

The largest year-on-year decrease in turnover was recorded in energy turnover, by almost 40 percent, and this is primarily a consequence of the drop in energy prices compared to last year.

On the other hand, the turnover of capital products increased by 32.6 percent.
