Minister of Economy said that the tender for selection of adviser for privatization of “Galenika” would be announced in September.

Vice President of the Government of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, announced that the privatization method for “Galenika” would be changed and that, instead of the sale through the initial offer of stocks, the company would be offered for sale on tender.

The reason for that is “collecting of as much money as possible to be distributed among the citizens” instead of stocks of public companies.
