Grand opening: Kać welcomes Lianbo’s automotive parts factory

On Thursday, the inauguration of a factory in Kać, specializing in the production of automotive engine parts, will take place. The event will be attended by the Minister of Defense and Prime Minister-designate, Miloš Vučević.

The investment in Kać is estimated to exceed 80 million euros. Spanning across 14,000 square meters, the factory is expected to employ up to 500 individuals. This marks the debut European establishment for “Jiangsu Lianbo Precision Technology,” scheduled for unveiling in Kać’s Industrial Zone at noon on Thursday.

The ceremony will feature addresses from Novi Sad Mayor Milan Đurić, Chinese Ambassador to Serbia Li Ming, Dzhangga Mayor Shuhai Shu, as well as representatives from “Jiangsu Lianbo” and their collaborators.

Established in 2011, “Jiangsu Lianbo Precision Technology Co. Ltd” is a distinguished Chinese entity renowned for manufacturing metal components (rotors and stators) for a diverse array of automotive engines.
