First tender for EXPO 2027 project published: Residential complex near future national stadium

The first tender for the EXPO 2027 project, regarding a residential complex near the future National Stadium, was announced today on the Public Procurement Portal. While this is a public call for bids, the estimated value of the procurement has not been disclosed.

The contracting authority is seeking services for the development of technical documentation, catalogs, 3D models, and the furnishing project for the residential complex in Surčin, which will span multiple parcels totaling over nine hectares.

Based on the tender documents, the site is planned for the construction of residential buildings with basements, underground garages, ground floors, and up to seven floors in height. The total planned construction area is approximately 160,000 square meters.

The ground floor will include commercial spaces, with around 1,500 apartments planned within the residential complex.

As indicated, the desirable average size of an apartment is about 55 square meters, and all units from the first floor upwards should be designed with terraces.

The contracting party for the EXPO exhibition purposes is the newly established company SPV Galovica 1 d.o.o., with the deadline for submitting bids set for April 26th of this year.
