Speaking about their recent rebranding and application launch, Bogdanović highlighted a 33 million euro investment cycle initiated to propel their transformation. He credited this progress to support from the PPF Group, which recognized the potential of the Serbian market and provided substantial capital. With this backing, they’ve revamped their systems and infrastructure to accommodate future growth, aiming to reach a million users by year-end.

In response to evolving consumer preferences, Yettel Bank will introduce digital Dina cards and Mastercards, providing immediate access upon account opening. Bogdanović clarified that while the name change signifies alignment with their partner, Yettel, their commitment to customer-centric banking remains unchanged.

He discussed the phased rollout of their new application, promising enhanced security features like Liveness—a cutting-edge biometric identification system—to safeguard user accounts from fraudulent activities. Bogdanović also outlined upcoming functionalities, including external payments and digital loan applications, designed to streamline user experience.

Despite embracing digital transformation, Bogdanović reassured users that Yettel Bank would uphold Mobi Bank’s core values of transparency and fair business practices. The bank’s strategy remains focused on delivering personalized services and tailored support, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
