At the end of August or in the first days of September at the latest, the Ministry of Mining and Energy will announce a public call for subsidizing the installation of solar panels, the Minister of Mining and Energy Zorana Mihajlovic announced today.
“The plan is for the public call for subsidies for the installation of solar panels to run the same as the previous one on increasing energy efficiency, ie replacing carpentry. These are important projects that will last several years. We will repeat the second public call for replacing carpentry at the end of December to all local governments,” she said in Metovinka near Bor.
Mihajlovic pointed out that the Ministry will provide funds for subsidies next year as well. According to her, 100 million euros are planned for next year to replace the carpentry.
The Ministry of Mining and Energy recently published a list of 67 local governments that have been approved funds for financing the energy rehabilitation program of residential buildings, family houses and apartments in the total amount of about 1.9 million euros, Nova Ekonomija reports.
