Speaking at a meeting dedicated to Serbia’s economic cooperation with Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, Konuzin responded to claims that no licences had been issued since July by saying he had personally made sure 1,000 additional licences were issued this year and adding they were delivered to the Infrastructure Ministry.

Russia is going to issue another 1,000 licences, he announced.
