Serbia’s Government measures will have no effect unless implementation is urgently initiated

The Employers Union is demanding that the state start paying the minimum payment as of April 10, and says the measures will have no effect unless implementation is urgently initiated. The Union, after extensive consultation with businessmen, came to the conclusion that the measures within the package presented should be specified and additional measures should be adopted.
We urge that all economic measures be urgently adopted in consultation with business representatives, be clearly formulated and unambiguous, do not envisage complicated procedures and documentation that cannot be collected in the short term, do not rule out one another, and urgently proceed with their implementation. Otherwise, the aid expected by the economy will not have any effect, the Union claims.
Among other things, the Employers Union proposes delaying the application of QRs and bar codes, delaying the submission of annual financial statements, and extending the market submission deadline to 10 days, N1 reports.
