The public company Putevi Srbije announced that, due to the great interest of distributors and their postpaid users, it will be part of the Open Balkan ETC project from August 30th this year, which will enable users who pay tolls in the postpaid system to pay tolls in North Macedonia.

As stated in the press release of JP “Roads of Serbia”, the collection of tolls within that project, for users who pay tolls in the postpaid system through the distributor, will function in that the same conditions will apply to passing through Serbia as before (in accordance with the signed Agreement on performance of distribution activities in the postpaid system).

For the collection of tolls through North Macedonia, roaming will be enabled for postpaid users, through the registration of each interested user on the Web portal – Open Balkan ETC and the connection of their payment cards (company cards) to the portal.

For passing through North Macedonia, the user’s funds will be deducted from the registered payment card and the same will be paid directly to the account of the road manager in North Macedonia.

As stated, the first step for user registration on the Web portal – Open Balkan ETC is that the distributor submits a written request to JP Putevi Srbije to open an account on the Web portal – Open Balkan ETC. Employees of JP Putevi Srbije open an account with the distributor and deliver detailed instructions for further work.
