By the end of May, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia should get the sector for economic diplomacy for the first time, announced Minister Nikola Selakovic and added that it is very important for further economic progress of Serbia, the government announced.
In a statement for the Tanjug agency, Selakovic explained that this is a special organizational unit within the Ministry that will deal with those topics.
Speaking about the modernization and digitalization of the services of diplomatic and consular missions, the Minister announced the introduction of a new portal – eConsulate, which will, for a start, enable electronic submission of applications for a certain type of visa to enter Serbia, eKapija reports.
