The price of imported energy increased by more than 30 percent compared to September 2021.

The price of imported electricity in Serbia rose by 34.2 percent in September this year compared to the same month last year, the Republic Statistical Office (RZS) announced today.

The price of imported products for mining increased by 36.3 percent, while the price of crude oil and natural gas exploitation increased by 37.6 percent, and the production of coke and oil derivatives by 26 percent.

Also, the price of imported paper and paper products in September compared to the same month last year increased by 33.4 percent, and electrical equipment by 17.1 percent.

Production of chemicals and chemical products increased by 27.4 percent, production of electrical equipment by 17.1 percent, and basic metals by 14.4 percent, RZS announced, reports Danas.
