The Banking Academy, the Association of Banks and Komercijalna Banka organized a hackathon on the topic of the crowdfunding platform “Both Money and Me”. The point of the competition itself is how to create a platform that will represent a mediator between the designers on the one hand and the investors on the other.
Members of the winning team, Stefan Delic and Milos Rajkovic, as guests in the morning program, stated that they tried to create a digital platform that will be innovative.
The key is a good idea, and the creators use the power of the community and provide start-up capital with online campaigns that attract investors from all over the world. Such alternative financing creates jobs, employs young people, spreads new technology and affirms an economy that works for people.
In addition to Stefan and Milos, the team also included Hiden Leaf, Filip Radosavljević and Daniel Fazlijevic.
The first phase of the competition was online and 17 teams made their presentations, diluting the business idea within 10 minutes. After the jury selected a narrow number of teams and in the second phase of 48 hours they worked out the ideas.
They were evaluated by members of the IT sector from the Banking Academy, the Association of Banks and Komercijalna Banka, and top experts in the field of finance.
Members of the winning team are also members of the crowdfunding incubator.
“From the organizers of the competition, we should get support for placing the platform itself on the market, ie further elaboration and creation of a concrete conceptual solution that is fully functional,” says Stefan Delic.
It appeals to all people to try to acquire new knowledge regarding financing, to explore the very platforms that are available.
“All people who are interested in starting a business should put the idea on a crowdfunding platform, it is certain that if the idea is good, they will get the funds to start a business,” is the message of the winning team, RTS reports.
