Serbia will continue the successful cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, which will last for a long time to come, Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said in Abu Dhabi Thursday at the opening of the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival, organised by the UAE Ministry of Presidential Affairs and the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
Nikolic visited the Serbian booth, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, featuring 17 companies and organisations representing the country at the festival.
“We discussed here the interest in our commodities. This is just the opening, we will see how things go and recap the results, but this Serbian Corner was unthinkable at the festival until a few years ago,” Nikolic noted.
The event, which kicked off on November 28, ends on January 4.
