In the vicinity of the Danube quay, in one of the most attractive locations in New Belgrade – Block 11a, a hotel of famous Falkensteiner hotel chain will be opened next year. On a surface of 6,000 square meters, within the complex of Maxima Center, a 12-floor tower with offices and business space will be built. In the city hotel with four stars and commercial buildings, investors Falkensteiner Michaeler (FMTG) and stock company M.O.F. Beta Nekretnine intend to invest EUR 40 million, eKapija learns.

The hotel will comprise 171 rooms of modern design and suites, a top-equipped conference room, a spa center, and an “executive lounge” on the ground floor.

– That is part of the offer that can metaphorically be called “hardware”. “Software”, such as “Welcome home” feeling or “Alpe-Adria” cooking, brings the concept of the hotel group to Falkensteiner hotel in New Belgrade – said Ditmar Rajndl, the FMTG Executive Director.
