CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS

6. Description of the contract

The subject of this works contract is the “Construction of Elementary School” in Ribare, Jagodina Municipality, Serbia. The elementary school in Ribare is designed to be constructed on the
location of the existing elementary school premises. The main design was updated in June 2011 and for it a Building permit was obtained. The school consists of a two level building with a Ground floor of 561.90 m2, a First floor of 515.22 m2, construction structure is concrete frame on strip foundations. Roof is wooden construction covered with metal sheet. Walls are made of hollow clay blocks. The building will be equipped with all installations (electrical, mechanical, water, sewage, etc.) necessary for operation of such kind of a facility.
