Serbia Broadband (SBB) has added four multi-angle and multiscreen channels to its new generation TV platform EON’s offer.

Known as SK7, 8, 9 and 10, they show broadcasts of the same sporting events, but with cameras set at different locations to provide viewers with different angles of view.

The first transmissions were made available on TV, tablets and smartphones to all EON subscribers and showed Moto GP races on March 17 and 18. They will be followed by Formula 1 next weekend (March 24 and 25), after which the channels will be available to users of EON’s Hit package.

SBB also expects to shortly offer the channels to D3 digital cable TV subscribers.

SBB and United Media launched EON, which replaced D3GO, late last year.
