After the meeting with a delegation of the Chinese state administration for sports, Samardzic-Markovic stated that the meeting dealt with the intensification of cooperation and expansion of relations that were established with the above-mentioned strategic agreement.

She pointed out that the cooperation will be successfully implemented at the level of professional sports, school sports, the fight against doping, organisation of sports competitions and in other fields in which Serbia and China have the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge.

Peng noted that with joint efforts, a great contribution to sports in both countries can be given and the traditionally good and friendly relations that exist in the sphere of politics, culture, economy and technology can be expanded.

The purpose of the visit of the Chinese delegation to Belgrade is concretisation of the agreement on strategic partnership from 2009 and its implementation in the field of sports.
