The Center for Economic Relations of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Representative Office in Dubai, as well as the Association for Tourism PKS in cooperation with hoteliers and agencies, will intensively promote Serbia as a desired holiday destination in the next few months.
– The inclusion of Serbia on the list of recommended destinations by a prestigious magazine such as WhatsOn shows that our work on strengthening the visibility and recognizability of Serbia is yielding results. Serbia should show the whole world the beauty of its history and nature. Thanks to the efforts of colleagues from PKS and President Marko Cadez, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce informed partners from the United Arab Emirates a few days ago about our readiness to welcome passengers from this country – says Marko Selakovic, head of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates.
In addition, the announcement of the resumption of air traffic between Dubai and Belgrade confirms that the measures taken to combat the Ccovid-19 pandemic are yielding results, Selakovic said.
He called on all citizens of Serbia who live and work in the United Arab Emirates, as well as other UAE residents who can travel to Serbia in a visa-free regime, to spend their vacation in Serbia and thus contribute to the recovery of the domestic tourist economy.
In addition to Serbia, the list of WhatsOn destinations recommended for travel by citizens and residents of Dubai includes Cyprus, Greece, Seychelles, Maldives, Iceland, Egypt, Malta, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Turkey and Tunisia, Srbija Danas reports.
