The budget for next year plans for the revenue side to amount to 12.8 million euros, and for expenditures to be 14.5 million euros.
The Minister of Finance, Sinisa Mali, says that the budget, which should be presented to the Government of Serbia on Wednesday, is developmental and projected on the planned GDP growth of 4.5 percent next year.
“The budget for 2022 is just aimed at continuing to grow. We have a projected growth rate of 4.5 percent, so at this seven percent that we expect by the end of this year, a huge jump and huge growth forward,” Mali said.
He pointed out that a deficit of three percent is planned, as well as a further reduction of public debt in GDP.
“So, by the end of this year, we had a share of public debt of 58.2 percent, next year we plan 55.5 percent, which speaks enough about the responsibility of our economic policy,” he added.
According to RTS, the largest allocation for capital investments so far is planned in the amount of 4.1 billion euros, which represents 7.3 percent of GDP, B92 reports.
