The issue of employees in the private sector is job security, and for many of them, there will be no layoffs from the largest private companies at this time, thanks to measures taken by the Serbian government.
Energotehnika South Backa is one of those who will not lay off workers. Company executives say none of the employees will be laid off, and there will be no pay cuts to those in isolation and self-isolation.
Dragoljub Zbiljic points out that the company he heads, as well as many others, participate in humanitarian actions, donating significant funds, to provide assistance to pensioners, as well as others who need help the most. Energomontaza, a company in Novi Sad, also says there will be no layoffs.
Protecting people in the workplace, but also caring about keeping a job and not getting reduced earnings – is what these companies insist on, RTV reports.
