The Post of Serbia signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Post of Turkey

The memorandum on cooperation between the Post of Serbia and the Post of Turkey was signed today in Belgrade by the acting director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Djordjevic, and the general director of the Post of Turkey, Hakan Gulten. The memorandum establishes long-term cooperation on the optimization of postal services, exchange of knowledge and experiences on international e-commerce platforms, as well as in the segment of electronic money transfer.

– We are pleased to join this partnership, recognizing the exceptional importance and benefits that both sides will have in the short term. The memorandum is the umbrella document of long-term cooperation and opens the way for new e-commerce channels, faster and safer exchange of shipments and a strong presence in the international e-commerce market. Turkey is an important partner of our country, with which the highest level of cooperation has been achieved. In the growing market of online shopping, we will offer quality and innovative services, in order to conquer the market of the region and beyond. With the progress in digitalization, regular and reliable channels of transport of shipments to the lines of national airlines, we have all the preconditions for success, new business and new income – said the director Zoran Djordjevic, it is stated in the announcement of the Post of Serbia.

Since May, the Post of Serbia has concluded several agreements on cooperation with the Post of Srpska and the Post of Northern Macedonia, and established technical cooperation with the Post of Slovenia on the implementation of projects in the field of digitalization and e-government, eKapija reports.
