Wheat accounted for only 15 percent of the total weekly turnover. Buyers showed the most interest in wheat with 11-12 percent protein, and from the middle of the week feed wheat was also in demand. Bidders mostly offered better quality wheat (with 12.5-13 percent protein), so the price of the offered goods differed significantly from what buyers were willing to pay.

Exchange contracts for wheat were concluded in the price range from 20.00 to 20.25 dinars/kg without VAT. The weighted price is 20.19 dinars/kg without VAT, which is a drop of 3.88 percent.
