Serbia, Inflation for one year 6.8 to 9.8 percent

According to the results of the Ipsos survey, representatives of the financial sector expect inflation in October of next year to be 8.0 percent, and according to the results of the latest November survey by the Bloomberg agency, the expected inflation for a year ahead is lower and amounts to 6.8 percent, National Bank of Serbia (NBS) announced.

When it comes to businessmen, their short-term inflation expectations for the period one year ahead in October continued to hover around the level recorded in September of 10.0 percent and now stand at 9.8 percent.

Inflationary expectations for two and three years ahead are lower than the short-term expectations of both bankers and businessmen, according to the NBS announcement.
