Serbia, Regular session of the Shareholders’ Assembly on June 29th scheduled by NIS petroleum company

The board of directors of the Oil Industry of Serbia a.d. Novi Sad has scheduled a regular session of the Shareholders’ Assembly for June 29

The Board of Directors of NIS a.d. Novi Sad previously adopted a number of decisions, including the proposed decision of the Assembly of Shareholders on the distribution of profits for 2022, the payment of dividends in the amount of 23.36 billion dinars and the determination of the total amount of undistributed profit of the company, and convened a regular session of the Assembly of Shareholders for 29 june

According to the proposed decision, 23,364,924,716 dinars, or 25 percent of the company’s net profit for the year 2022, which amounted to 93,456,931,000 dinars, is foreseen for the payment of dividends to shareholders, according to the NIS document, which was published by the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The proposed gross amount of the dividend for 2022 is RSD 143.29 per share.

The final decision on the payment of dividends is made by the NIS Shareholders’ Assembly.

The NIS Board of Directors held a meeting on May 24, when it decided to call the 15th regular meeting of the Shareholders’ Assembly on June 29 at the NIS Business Center in Belgrade.
