The company Delta Real Estate bought the Radisson Collection – Old Mill hotel in Belgrade, according to the company’s announcement. The purchase agreement was rejected by the Commission for the Protection of Competition.

Delta Real Estate Group already manages the InterContinental Hotels in Ljubljana, Crowne Plaza and Indigo Hotel in Belgrade.

“In the hotel business, Delta has chosen primarily, although not exclusively, congress tourism. Our hotels are of a high category, they are part of well-known international chains, and therefore taking over the Old Mill Hotel in Belgrade, under the Radisson Collection brand, is a logical continuation of our strategy. By expanding the portfolio with a new hotel, along with taking over the Sava Center, whose reconstruction is underway, we are taking a big step closer to the position we want in the regional hotel industry,” said Andrej Sovrović, director of hotel business at Delta Holding.
