According to her, this event provides opportunities for Serbian companies to get acquainted with new products, technologies and world trends in the food industry, meet new suppliers for European and other foreign markets, and consider their position in relation to market competition.
All innovations, the latest trends in the food industry, interesting facts about the future of the food industry will be presented during the five days of the fair.
Less sugar, less artificial ingredients, meat substitutes and alternative proteins, super foods, gluten-free, the use of ancient cereals and more plant and natural flavors, are just some of the trends that will be heard more at the fair in Cologne.
