Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Mining and Energy Zorana Mihajlovic talked today with Deputy Prime Minister of Slovakia and Minister of Economy Richard Sulik about cooperation and joint implementation of the two countries’ energy projects.
After the meeting, Mihajlovic expressed satisfaction that she hosted a colleague from Slovakia and pointed out that they agreed to work together on competitive projects.
She mentioned that it is a matter of cooperation in the field of energy, which is very important in the world nowadays.
She pointed out that it is important for our two friendly countries to work and to agree and exchange experiences, which Slovakia already has.
“But also to support each other in future energy and economic development. We will see each other in early November in Bratislava, and until then our ministries will work together and I believe we will organize our companies to share their experiences and maybe think about some new joint projects that Slovak companies can work on in Serbia and our energy companies in Slovakia,” said Mihajlovic.
Minister Sulik said that the two countries have many common topics for cooperation, such as energy and other areas, such as European integration, where Slovakia already has a lot of experience and can help Serbia.
“I am glad that my colleague accepted the invitation to participate in the mixed conference in early November in Bratislava,” Sulik added, RTV reports.
